Administrative Arrangements
Travel and Related Transportation
Participants are asked to book their travel with a CICDC-specified travel agency. The CICDC will cover restricted economy-class fare on the most direct route between the participant’s city and Dalian/Shenzhen.
Foreign participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas, where applicable, including any transit visas needed for travel to and from China and their home countries.
In case of a last-minute withdrawal prior to the start of the course, the sponsoring agency will be responsible for reimbursing the training center for expenses such as cancellation fees. Similarly, if a participant does not complete the course, the sponsoring agency is responsible for the costs of his/her travel and the training center must be reimbursed for all expenditures made on behalf of the participant.
Participants will be given a travel allowance to cover in-and-out expenses for the participant’s (originating) airport, airport tax, etc. Ground transportation between the Dalian/Shenzhen airport and the training center will be arranged by the training center and provided free of charge to participants.
Living Allowance
Participants are provided with a per diem allowance. The allowance is intended to cover participants’ incidental expenses. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided to participants free of charge at the training center.
Medical Insurance
CICDC does not provide participants with medical insurance benefits. Sponsoring agencies are required to cover the costs of any medical treatment incurred by their participants during the course. Foreign participants are advised to take a comprehensive medical examination before leaving for China.
