Organization and Management

The CICDC has a Steering Committee, a Coordinator, and an Assistant Coordinator. The Steering Committee comprises representatives of the PBC and the IMF. The Coordinator is selected and appointed by the IMF. The Assistant Coordinator is seconded to the CICDC by the PBC.

The Steering Committee guides the development of the CICDC’s strategy and priorities for capacity development activities, including through the endorsement of an indicative annual work plan. It meets at least once a year. The Coordinator manages the CICDC’s operations in close consultation with the IMF Resident Representative Office and IMF headquarters, including formulating the annual work program, developing the annual budget, and coordinating and promoting CICDC training activities. The Coordinator also serves as secretary to the Steering Committee.
