The CICDC presented a virtual workshop on Corporate and Household Insolvency on January 18-29, 2021. The workshop was delivered by staff from the IMF Legal Department and attended by 50 participants from the PBC, the National People's Congress, the judiciary, and other agencies responsible for the revision and implementation of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of China.  The training was based on a comparative approach, with references to advanced legal systems and the international standard.
