The CICDC presented a virtual course on selected topics from Financial Markets and Instruments (FMI) during January 18-29, 2021.The course was taught by staff from the IMF Institute for Capacity Development. There were 17 participants from China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and other government agencies, and 10 participants from the securities and exchange commission/central banks/financial services authorities of Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Lao PDR and Thailand. CSRC International Affairs Department director Zhu Fagen and CICDC coordinator Ling Hui Tan welcomed the experts and participants in the opening session of the course.
