The CICDC presented a virtual course on Fiscal Frameworks on July 12-16, 2021. The course was delivered by experts from the IMF Institute for Capacity Development and attended by 37 officials from the Ministry of Finance and affiliated institutions. This was the first CICDC virtual course for the Ministry of Finance. Participants appreciated the theoretical depth and practical operational explanations and felt that the course would enhance their understanding of China’s fiscal and economic situation.
