The CICDC presented a Blended Virtual Course on International Trade in Goods and Services Statistics from September 5 to September 9, 2022. The course was delivered by staff from the IMF’s Statistics Department. 29 participants mainly from Ministry of Commerce in China and 9 participants from relevant government agencies in Indonesia, Lao People's Dem. Rep., Pakistan and Thailand attended the course. The course consists of a self-paced session in the previous week and a live session including series of lectures, workshops, and plenary discussions on country practices that cover concepts, sources, and methods for compiling statistics associated with international trade in goods and services. The course was well received by the participants.
