November 7 to November 18, 2022

The CICDC presented a virtual course on External Sector Statistics - Intermediate Level (ESS-M) from November 7 to November 18, 2022. The course was delivered by staff from the IMF’s Statistics Department. 44 participants from State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE), People's Bank of China, and National Bureau of Statistics attended the course. The course was highly received by the participants. Ms. Jian Han, the Deputy Director of Balance of Payments Department of SAFE gave a warm opening remark in the opening session of the course. Ms. Hong Hu, the Division Chief of Balance of Payments Department of SAFE gave a sincere closing remark in the closing session of the course.
